When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment information — we never see or store your card details. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, videos watched) to improve the service.

Your email is used for account access, subscription notifications, and occasional service updates. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Usage data helps us understand which content is popular and improve the experience.

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. KiamaTV does not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or any sensitive payment data. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

Cookies and analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and is fully GDPR compliant. We use a single essential cookie to maintain your login session. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained for analytical purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage your account from the Account page, or contact us directly. For Australian residents, your rights are protected under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
