Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using KiamaTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Subscription and billing

KiamaTV offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in Australian Dollars (AUD). Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new users. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Acceptable use

You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, redistribute, re-upload, or publicly display KiamaTV content without written permission. Screen recording, ripping, or circumventing access controls is prohibited.

Content and intellectual property

All drone footage, photography, graphics, and other content on KiamaTV is owned by KiamaTV or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for personal use.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or via the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are generally not provided, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.

Limitation of liability

KiamaTV is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiamaTV's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
